@_xoxolona"I think that if you are stupid enough to break the law and get you self caught, then you were meant to be in jail. I don't see myself ever dating a criminal because that's just not the type of girl I am, I may break a law or too when I get older, but please believe I won't be getting caught!" | @kristinamanee"My best friend is locked up as we speak, and it's one of the hardest things to deal with. It's like their dead and alive, its the worst! I'm going to school to became a juvenile court judge so I do believe in jail time and 9/10 crimes an be punishable if found guilty as well as capital murder for the murder of children and rapist." | @daddylexus"I haven't known anyone close to me that has been in jail or anything, and I do think the death penalty is acceptable in cases where they were trying to kill not using self defense, for example; George Zimmerman." |

@queenerin"Not ALL crimes should be punishable with jail time, but some are severe enough to require it. I do believe in the death penalty but in special cases like mass murder, or attempted genocide. Parents being incarcerated definitely has an affect on children. Parents have the job to make sure their child is headed in the right direction so if that sense of security and involvement isn't there then it's more likely that the child will steer off to the wrong path." | @kiabescia"Although I believe that their should be some sort of restraint or punishment for those who purposely disrupt the peace or break laws, I do not believe the death penalty should be an option. It's murder and inhumane. The absence of a parent due to incarceration can both cause a sense of abandonment in the child and result in the child rebelling in society if they feel the government is taking their loved one." | @mamathicemz"I myself have been incarcerated also a lot of my friends and family were too. When I was younger it used to make me sad and upset because I loved them and i just didn't understand why they were there. But now that I'm older I see 7 out of 10 times they really did deserve to be there. I would date someone with a criminal record, I'm actually dating a felon right now, and she's no different than the rest of us, I've grown to love this women, and she's always there for me." |

@vickto_willy"I would risk my freedom for a crime if it were to avenge someone who I love dearly and the justice system has done nothing to help them. I think the justice system is unfair to those in poverty and doesn't affect the WASP society that consist of elderly Caucasians.I would date a criminal if it was in their past as a youth, if it were a violent offense I wouldn't, because whose to say I wouldn't end up hurt. | @Shawneciasoloved "No the justice is not fair, it's far from it. How is it fair for someone to kill someone and let that person walk freely because they claimed they was "scared" but lock another person up for five years for assault but she was protecting herself from getting rape. I do not believe in the death penalty because everyone deserves to live. Yes people can commit horrible crimes but I'd rather have that person suffer in jail then kill them off. I wouldn't risk my freedom commit a crime." | @_yrb"My father was arrested multiple times when I was younger, so I grew up not really having a relationship with him because he missed out on so much. Dating someone with a criminal history for me isn't an option. I want to be able to grow with my partner, if they have a record that would hold me back. Everything would be hard for them, too much stress I don't need. I would never commit a crime and risk losing my rights." |

@beraiahberaiah"The only crime I would risk my freedom for is if we were in times and I had to choose between saying yes I'm a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. I don't believe that the justice system is as fair and balanced as it could be. It's sad that people who have committed small crimes or have had little involvement are sentenced longer than known drug dealers." | @inthelifeofjuicy_"The Justice system is not fair and balanced for a prime example the Trayvon Martin case! I believe that the one who has the most money has the most power. I don't believe in the death penalty because I am a Christian. We have no God given right to take someone else life. I would never date a criminal because I personally would not feel safe, and I would never commit a crime to risk my freedom, because I wouldn't last a day in jail!" | @olivia_weird"I don't understand why all crimes are punishable with jail, I mean selling sex and murder yes, but otherwise I don't understand. I think if a guy is hot but he murdered his last two girlfriends what's the point!" |
