"Having a degree in Exercise Science, I feel like medically altering your body is a cop-out to exercising and eating right. I would never consider it unless something devastating happened to me (car accident, burn, dramatic weight loss, or a deformity). I would advise and encourage my friends to work hard, eat right, and put in work in the gym. You feel much better when you see your hard work pay off, it motivates you, and improves your self-confidence."

"Were all human, we allhave insecurities, I don't think there's anything wrong with changing the way you look as long as you do it for the right reasons, lol and have the money to do so."

"I'm open to medically altering your shape, as long as it's not extreme and an obvious problem, like body dysmorphic disorder. But if doing so will help a person feel better about themselves, then do all the research possible, because once it's done, it can't be undone"

"I think medically altering your body,is a lazy way to get the body you want and a waste of money. Eat Less Sugar and exercise daily. The advice I would give to women struggling with negative body image, start a gym membership"

"Some want to look like Nicki and Beyonce,Altering your body can be hurting you body in so many ways! On a date I don't think a man questions would be a bout Plastic Surgery,as long as you love you,he should love you back."

"I see no problem with altering your body, I've considered it a few times. I would love girls to just be happy with their body, even alterations. If you have negative body image, watch your food, ignore negative comments, pray, and keep your head up"

"Just because a female is Skinny doesn't mean they have a healthy body. Somebody can be thick and still be healthy. As long as your own image thats all that matters. Id your struggling with Body Image, you have to have a strong support system, and always remain positive, and it sent hurt to compliment yourself everyday"
